Medication Assistance
Customized Medication Administration
Per the individual patient medication will be administered in a timely manner. The patient will receive coaching and education as to when to take medication, how much and how often. The patient will be educated on signs and symptoms as to understand when the body needs medication to help the healing process.
Our team helps support the patient during this difficult time to stay on track not giving too much or too little to increase rates of successful healing and recovery. Our team will ensure that the patient has the proper medication available and if supply is low we will step out to the pharmacy to make sure medication is available to the patient when he/she needs it.
